		<description>&lt;p&gt;Phil- Since you mentioned it I checked the Inconsolata quote character in TextMate and you are right, they do tilt to the left. This never bothered me before but now I&#039;m sure I will notice it constantly and it&#039;s going to drive me insane.&lt;/p&gt;
